I do blood fury as the melee necklace, it can heal a lot during baba and kephri. For challenge invocations (like, 400+), I think it's worthwhile. But if you're just grinding basic experts or lower, your supplies should handle everything. If not, then you're taking too much avoidable damage or are taking too long clearing rooms.
